1.	To begin the lodgment of documents under the Singapore Code on Take-Overs and Mergers, please download and complete Form 1, which is available at the "Resource Page" link below.
2.	Please read the Securities Industry Council's Practice Statement on Lodgment of Documents before completing Form 1.
3.	To begin submission of the completed Form 1 and the relevant attachments, please create a project by clicking the "Create [Lodgment of Documents] project" link below.
