The use of the CISNet web site ("CISNet") shall be subject to the terms and conditions set out below (collectively referred to as "Terms of Use").

The Terms and Conditions of Use (except the section entitled "Links to this Web Site from other web sites") shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to the use of CISNet as if it were set out herein, but with the references to "this Web Site" in the MAS web site being replaced with "CISNet".

By accessing and using any part of CISNet, you shall be deemed to have agreed to be legally bound by the Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, please do not use CISNet.

The Terms of Use may be changed from time to time and your use of CISNet after such changes have been posted on the MAS web site or CISNet will constitute your agreement to the modified Terms of Use.

MAS has not, in any way, considered the merits of any collective investment scheme being offered or in respect of which an invitation is being made. The contents of CISNet do not constitute advice on the merits of any offer or invitation. Neither should the list of restricted schemes published on CISNet be taken as a recommendation or endorsement by MAS of any offer or invitation of any of the schemes listed therein. If advice on any offer or invitation is needed, the services of a competent professional should be sought.

The details of restricted schemes published in the list of restricted schemes are provided by offerors. MAS assumes no responsibility for such details, nor guarantee their accuracy, completeness or timeliness.

Under no circumstances shall MAS be liable for any —

(i) failure of performance of CISNet;
(ii) server or connection failure, interruption, defect, error, omission, delay in operation or transmission;
(iii) breach of security, malicious code, computer virus; or
(iv) inability to access,

encountered by you in connection with your use of CISNet.

Under no circumstances shall MAS be liable to you or any third party on account of your or the third party’s use (or misuse) of, and reliance on, CISNet. Such exclusion of liability shall apply whether the damages arise from —

(i) use (or misuse) of, and reliance on, CISNet or
(ii) the interruption or suspension of CISNet.

Caching and links to, and the framing of CISNet or any of its contents are prohibited, unless the link is to or the framing is of the Home Page of CISNet and is carried out only upon notifying MAS in writing.

This is deemed to be the case even after the posting of any changes or modifications to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, you must discontinue linking to, or framing of, the CISNet Home Page.

In no circumstances shall MAS be considered to be associated or affiliated in whatever manner with any trade or service marks, logos, insignia or other devices used or appearing on web sites that link to or frame the CISNet Home Page.

MAS reserves all rights to disable any links to or frames of any site containing inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topics, names, material or information, or material or information that violates any written law, any applicable intellectual property, proprietary, privacy or publicity rights.

MAS reserves all rights to disable any unauthorised links to or frames of any site and disclaims any responsibility for the content available on any site reached by links to or from CISNet or any of the contents.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
