*This topic is only relevant for DirRPs and POAs.
Endorsement is required for all notifications submitted by Agents on behalf of the DirRP. Except for annual declaration and termination notifications, the DirRP can amend the notifications before endorsement.
When an Agent submits a notification, an endorsement hyperlink is sent to the DirRP, and where applicable, thePOA, to access the notification. The DirRP, and where applicable, the POA, would require an access code created by the Agent to view the scheme details and endorse/amend/reject the notification. CISNet does not provide a facility for the agent to communicate the access code to the DirRP, and where applicable, the POA.
The endorsement hyperlink will expire after a pre-defined period of time (7 business days). A reminder to endorse the notification is sent to the DirRP, and where applicable, the POA, 2 business days before the expiry of the endorsement hyperlink. If the DirRP, and where applicable, the POA, does not perform any action on the notification before the expiry of the endorsement hyperlink, the notification will be deleted.
An email will be sent to DirRP, and where applicable, the POA to access the notification. A separate email will be sent to the Agent to inform them whether the notification has been endorsed, rejected or that a time-out has occurred.
