- All fees will be paid by Visa or AMEX or Mastercard.
- Notifications may be made by a director of the Responsible Person ("DirRP") of a scheme or by a duly appointed agent (e.g. legal advisor, Singapore affiliate, etc). This notification form will take 10 minutes to complete.
- At the end of the notification form, the DirRP or agent will be asked to create a password for the scheme. CISNet will issue a unique scheme number after the notification is submitted. The DirRP or agent will need both the password and the scheme number to log in to CISNet to access information on the scheme.
- The processing time for a notification is approximately 2 business days from the date of submission and payment of relevant fees.
Instructions applicable to notifications made by an agent:
- Notifications made by an agent have to be endorsed by the DirRP or the person who is authorised in writing by the DirRP ("POA") (if applicable). The agent will create an access code which will allow the DirRP and the POA (if applicable) to access CISNet to endorse the notification.
- After a notification is made by an agent, CISNet will send an endorsement hyperlink to the DirRP and the POA (if applicable). The DirRP or the POA (if applicable) has to use the access code to endorse the notification.
