A DirRP or an Agent can reset the scheme's password to a password of his choice (either because he has forgotten the old password or a new Agent has been appointed).
To reset password:
1. On the CISNet home page, click the Forgot Password hyperlink.

2. Provide the Scheme number and enter the New Password and Confirm New Password.
3. Click Next. If the Scheme Number, New Password and Confirm New Password entries are valid, you will receive an email containing a one-time password (OTP) and get redirected to a OTP Verification Screen.

Key in the OTP and click Next on the OTP Verification Screen. You are allowed to click Request New OTP button if you have not received the OTP email or the OTP has been expired.

4. Click Next. An acknowledgement of your request will be displayed if the password change is successful.
