Reset Email

The DirRP, and where applicable, the Agent and the POA may reset their respective email address(es) (as set out in the scheme information).

 

To reset email:

 

   1. On the CISNet home page, click the Reset Email hyperlink.

   2. Provide the scheme number.

   3. Select the requestor (DirRP/POA/Agent). Requestor's email address will be updated based on the selection once the email reset request has been approved.

   4. Click Next. An acknowledgement of your request and further instructions to reset the email are displayed.

   5. Click the hyperlink to download the Email Reset Request form. You will be prompted with a File Download window.

   6. Click Open to open the file OR click Save to save a copy of the form on your computer. Complete the form and submit it to MAS. The form must be on the letter head of the DirRP’s or Agent’s company, and a PDF copy of the duly completed and signed form must be sent to cisnet@mas.gov.sg.

 

  

MAS will only process the request when the softcopy of the form that is printed on the relevant letterhead is received.

 

An email together with the email reset request number will be sent to you once  MAS  accepts the email reset request.

 

The email address provided in the notification form will be overwritten with new email address that is provided in the Email Reset Request form.
