Getting Started
CISNet home page
The CISNet home page has the following information/facilities:
Submit New Notification for Restricted Collective Investment Schemes
This link allows the DirRP or the Agent to submit a new notification for a restricted scheme.
Login for Existing Schemes
This section allows the DirRP or the Agent to access a particular scheme to amend the notification, submit an annual declaration, terminate the notification, change/reset the password of the scheme and change/reset the email address(es) provided in the notification form.
List of Restricted Collective Investment Schemes
This section provides public access to view key information of the schemes that have been entered into the list of restricted schemes maintained by MAS.

Login to the Scheme Information page
To login:
1. On the login section of the CISNet home page, enter the Scheme Number and Password of the particular scheme you want to access.

2. Click Login. You will receive an email containing a one-time pin (OTP) upon successful login and you will be redirected to a second level of authentication page called OTP Verification Screen.

During the initial trial period
Key in the OTP and click Next on the OTP Verification Screen. You will be redirected to the scheme's information page if you keyed in the correct OTP. Alternatively, you may click on Continue without OTP and be redirected to the scheme’s information page. You are allowed to click Request New OTP button if you have not received the OTP email or the OTP has been expired.

From ‘go live’ date
Key in the OTP and click Next on the OTP Verification Screen. You will be redirected to the scheme's information page if you keyed in the correct OTP. You are allowed to click Request New OTP button if you have not received the OTP email or the OTP has been expired.

3. The scheme's information page. An overview of the scheme is displayed for ease of reference.
Important Dates
Lists the scheme acceptance date and next annual declaration date.
Scheme Information
Lists the scheme name, umbrella fund name and fund manager name.
Pending Tasks/Messages
Lists the pending actions and messages for the scheme.
Announcements
Lists other important information for the DirRP, and where applicable, the Agent and the POA.

Log out from the Scheme Information page
To logout from the scheme information page, click the Logout tab on the upper right-hand corner of the scheme information page. You will be redirected to the CISNet home page.
